STORY
We first opened our doors in November 2020 during the pandemic, and since then we’ve welcomed hundreds of local vendors and hundreds of thousands of visitors. Despite challenging beginnings, our bustling market has and will always be a vibrant space for our community to support local, and enjoy doing it!
Our Vision is to: ‘Create a vibrant community hub with Central Alberta’s best growers, makers and artisans.’

FARMERS' MARKET
This is a status we are proud of and it forms the very foundation of our market. We follow the 80/20 rule meaning that 80% of the products you find in the market are made, baked, or grown in Alberta. The remaining 20% is chosen to complement the products we have for sale (like BC fruit and French cheeses!).
Buying local is important, and when you choose to shop with us you are directly supporting local families, passionate small business owners, and farmers.
Not only that, but you’ll literally taste the difference. When our produce is sourced from within Alberta instead of flown in from far away, it’s super fresh. It’s our opinion, but we think it tastes better and lasts longer.

Within our market exists a gathering place with six local restaurants, a coffee roaster and cafe, and craft brewery. The Market Kitchen is open with extended hours every Thursday through to Sunday.
